I used delta world tire on Williams Boulevard because the staff is pretty friendly and has good customer service. I went today to get my tires rotated for my roadside warranty, and the gentleman who served me was very rude and I was very taken back because I’m not used to that from the Delta tire but today the service was not good and the gentleman that dealt with me was very rude. He told me what was wrong with my car and criticized very harshly the work that had been done to my car by my family members.

The people working were very nice, the online automated appointment scheduling was great except it seemed like the people working and the online scheduler have a little miscommunication. I wanted Michelin tires and for some reason the online scheduler made an appointment for me without having the tires in stock and my truck had to be there for 2 days while the correct tires were ordered. I did choose the correct tires before the online automated schedulers added me to the schedule. They did offer me alternative tires to the ones that wanted but I chose to wait for the tires I wanted. It would have been nice if they would have set the appointment for when the tires are at the shop instead of making me wait an additional day.

My rental car had a nail in a tire as I was about to head out of town. The guys at the Kenner location got me in quickly, repaired the tire and had me on the road in less than 45 minutes. They were professional, friendly and efficient. This was my first experience with them and I am certain it will not be my last ! Greg S.

Everything about my last minute situation was pleasant. Great customer service. Promptly took care of me and my vehicle. Prices were not shocking due to the work done. Mitch was easy to deal with as well as suggesting was steps needed after service. You can tell he is a car guy! Thank you Delta!

Great group of employees on site. Where can you go and receive a road forced balance on tires that need them when purchasing larger tires? Here for sure. They performed a great service for me currently and in the past. Go visit this establishment for your needs!
